Rules & Regulations of
Big Noise Music Talent Search

  1. 1. All genres of music are accepted.
  2. 2. Entrant must be over 18 years old.
  3. 3. Big Noise Music Talent Search is open to all solo artists, bands, and songwriters in the United States and its territories.
  4. 4. Winner will be chosen by a Judging Committee comprised of music industry professionals including Grammy Award Winners and Nominees, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Inductees, Record Label Executives, multi-platinum Producers, and Journalists, along with many other esteemed members of the recording industry.
  5. 5. Entrant is judged equally on originality, talent, performance, professionalism, and overall likeability.
  6. 6. Entrant may perform in any language.
  7. 7. Entry constitutes permission to use Winner's name, likeness and voice for future publicity and advertising purposes.
  8. 8. By entering Big Noise Music Talent Search, Entrant agrees to accept and be bound by the decisions of Big Noise, LLC and its judges which are final and binding in all matters. By entering Big Noise Music Talent Search, Entrant also agrees to be bound by all terms of these official Rules & Regulations as established herein.
  9. 9. Entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold Big Noise, LLC, its affiliates, and judges harmless for liability, damages, or claims for injury or loss to any person or property relating to, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, participation in Big Noise Music Talent Search.
  10. 10. Big Noise Music Talent Search is governed by the internal laws of the state of Rhode Island without regard to principals of conflict of laws. All cases and claims pertaining to this competition must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the state of Rhode Island without recourse to class action suits.
  11. 11. If any provision of these Rules & Regulations is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or appointed arbitrator, such determination shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision herein.
  12. 12. Entrant retains all ownership rights to all original songs.
  13. 13. Winner will be announced on September 30, 2026.
  14. 14. Big Noise, LLC will post all results of Big Noise Music Talent Search on this website and will notify Entrants by email that the results are posted.
  15. 15. Winner will receive all items as outlined on the Grand Prize Package page.
  16. 16. Winner will be notified via phone call and e-mail.
